Our Service Terms

1. Service Charges

8.33% of the Annual CTC [ One Time Payment ]

2. Payment Time

Payment is to be done to us within seven days after one month ( 30 days ) from the date of joining of the candidate in your organization. Delayed payment shall attract 5% Penalty per day on the total
payment amount due after completion of the seven days payment time as mentioned above.

3. Replacement

We provide a free replacement if any of our candidate resigns and leaves your organization within 60 days from his / her date of joining.

REWARD TO THE INTRODUCER

( HR OR TALENT ACQUISITION PERSONNEL ) WHO HASINTRODUCED US TO OUR CLIENT COMPANY WITH WHOM WE HAVE SIGNED OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR MANPOWER SOURCING AS PER THEIR MANPOWER REQUIREMENT’S FOR THEIR ORGANIZATION FROM TIME TO TIME

GET 10% OF THE PAYMENT RECEIVED AMOUNT [ PER HIRE ] FROM US ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PAYMENT FROM OUR CLIENT COMPANY POST SELECTION AND JOINING OF OUR CANDIDATE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION

EXAMPLE : SAY IF ANY OF OUR CANDIDATE WHOSE ANNUAL CTC IS RS. 12 LAKHS PER ANNUM AND CLIENT COMPANY PAYS US RS. 1 LAKH POST HIS / HER JOINING IN THEIR ORGANIZATION THEN THE INTRODUCER SHALL RECEIVE RS. 10,000/ [ 10% OF RS. 1 LAKH ] FROM US. WE SHALL MAKE THIS ONE TIME PAYMENT PER HIRE TO THE INTRODUCER (HR OR TALENT ACQUISITION PERSONNEL ) WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE PAYMENT RECEIVED BY US FROM THE CLIENT COMPANY.
